Sijainti loistava ( Lidon uimaranta, kaupat ja ravintolat lähellä), hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala ja rauhallinen hotelli. Great location ( Lido beach, shops/markets and restaurants nearby), lovely breakfast and peaceful place to stay.

− Respan työntekijä otti paperisen kopion passistani ( normi käytäntö monessa paikassa) mutta hän otti kopion myös pankkikortistani, jossa oli debit/ credit numerot turvakoodeineen, vaikka olin maksanut koko varauksen etukäteen debitillä booking.comille koodilla "maksua ei palauteta". Receptionist took a paper copy of my passport ( usual thing to do) but also my debit/credit card whit secure code despite that I had paid already the whole reservation by booking.com in advance.

Posizione ottima, staff molto cordiale e disponibile, locali datati ma piacevoli. La location è defilata rispetto al corso centrale ma molto vicina il che consente di essere comodi ma di avere comunque un po' di tranquillità.

− Non abbiamo riscontrato nulla come problematico, è un albergo che soddisfa chi cerca questo genere di alloggio.

Excellent old style hotel with lots of charm and exceptional staff

What a fabulous hotel! It was everything we love about staying in Italian hotels. Location was excellent, near to the vaparetto stop, bars and restaurants but really quiet. Room was a good size (we got a complimentary upgrade), bed and pillows were excellent and the aircon kept it cool. We slept so well! Bikes to see the lido were a bonus. Really good breakfast, and coffee. What more do you need?! What made our 2 nights really great though were the staff. Every single one of them was friendly and professional, right down to bringing us a second coffee on our second morning without us asking (we’d had 2 on the first day). We loved the lido so will definitely be back to the hotel, hopefully soon!
