6.0Location although this area is at all times very crowded. The room was renovated and looked nice.
− I got room with a park view. It's not exactly what you expect paying for the view. First of all the window is dirty and has bird's marks which is very unpleasant. Then although you can see the park but there are buildings in between and what you actually see is a huge water tower. For a 5 stars hotel they could offer more cosmetics in the bathroom. They take a deposit but the fridge is empty so why taking deposit?

− They double charged my room and my travel agent was told they can hold the amount up to 30days. Which is absolutely bullshit. The room was paid in full when I left and therefore the hold room.hold should be transfered immediately thereafter. Staff were ok but not great for hospitality
