9.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was professional, elegant, and truly outstanding. A special thank you to Jana, Rami, Fatima, Shahin, Hajar, and Sksahidi for their kindness, excellent hospitality, and willingness to help at all times. The entire staff was respectful, friendly, and very attentive. The hotel’s location is beautiful and conveniently close to everything, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.
− The only minor drawbacks were that ambulance sirens could occasionally be heard from outside, and there were a few mosquitoes in the room. However, these were small issues and did not significantly affect our overall experience. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future

− Somente o ar condicionado que não estava muito potente. Fomos em um onda de calor horrível. Mas o quarto ficava fresco.
