Excellent location and very clean.
8.0Excellent location getting to both the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. It was extremely clean throughout and well air conditioned. Most staff very friendly and accommodating.
− We ordered a twin room and received a double room for the first two nights of our stay as they could not change it. At first reception staff on the evening seemed unfriendly but morning staff were very helpful. When we changed room the tv did not work and there was nothing they could do to fix it (couldn’t attach it to the network).

No working Aircon
3.0− No Aircon. The Aircon unit just blew warm air (acted like a fan). I reported this. The maintenance guy didnt speak any english but was basically saying it was fine. I messaged the property and got no response. I specifically booked a hotel that said it had AC as it was 37 degrees Celcius!
I will be thinking twice before I would book another hotel stay at hotel King.
2.0There was only one front desk, lady that was amazing.
− The room that was given to us had no air-conditioning. There was no ice in the facility. We had no fridge in our room that was given to us. The room location was very far.
