10.0We had a fantastic time in Rome. Hotel Memphis is great. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Location is everything. Our stay was wonderful.

6.0The location. That's about it.
− Everything is small at that hotel. Rooms (much smaller than it appears in photos, shower, breakfast room. No choices for breakfast, boring limited breakfast. Several things broken or didn't work in the room- toilet flush, towel heater, one bedside lamp. Asked for the bulb change, twice! All I got was: tomorrow. NOT 4 star.
Pobyt byl super. Odwiedzam Rzym wielokrotnie. Na pewno bede wracal do tego hotelu.
