− Very dirty hairs all over the floor when we arrived Air conditioning had a very loud noise Walls are paper thin I could hear our neighbors speaking all night

− Netheid (schimmel douche , stofnetten aan plafond en op plinten,insecten kruipen over de vloer) ;meerderheid van personeel behandelde klant als lucht (vnl poetsploeg en baliemedewerker s’avonds); lawaai buiten wegens renovatiewerken was goed te horen in kamer ;ontbijtkoeken waren oud , geen proactief aanbieden van vers gemaakte cappuccino (pas nadat een vaste klant aangesproken werd door een medewerkster om een vers bereidde cappuccino voor deze ene klant te bereiden , werd ook aan ons dit aanbod gedaan .anders mochten we gebruik maken van de koffiemachine waar geen smaakvolle capucino bereid werd. Hotel is geen 4 sterren waardig.
