10.0Sehr nettes familiengeführtes Hotel. Tolle Lage, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frisches erstklassiges a la carte Frühstück. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

10.0The location is walking distance to Buckingham palace , Victoria coach Station and Victoria Station. You can get anywhere in the city from there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

10.0I would love to have had the room in the picture however I had a single very adequate room. I wish the shower was a bit larger, but I understand why it is the size it is.

10.0Good location in quiet area. Well run hotel very helpful staff. Cozy room good standard. Did not eat or use the bar service. Close to Victoria station.

Excellent luxurious quiet stay in the city
10.0Excellent hotel in a quiet area of London but close to Victoria. Decor very nice, modern, smart & comfortable. Cornicing, sash windows retaining character but modern amenities and furnishing. Comfy beds, good but small shower. Nice corner room with double aspect. Nice shutters that can be used instead of curtains but curtains are available. Air conditioning was good. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was excellent quality & value and we even got a lovely surprise for a birthday celebration. Would recommend and go back again.
− Pillows were a bit flat but clean and comfy.

7.0Det var et yderst venligt personale. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker. Værelset var tilpas størrelse og godt badeværelse.
− Vi havde bare bestilt et standard værelse, men havde ikke forestillet os, at vi skulle bo i et kælderværelse. Vores udsigt var ud i en kælderskakt. Havde vi vidst det, havde vi nok betalt lidt ekstra, for at komme op over jorden. Det var ellers dyrt nok.
