− Room was basically a cupboard it was so small, walls are thin so people coming and going were heard and were loud, doors slamming in the night, barely slept!
Good location, clean, comfy room.
8.0Convenient location close to Paddington, Hyde Park and local tube access at Lancaster Gate. Clean room, quiet, comfy bed, fridge and tea coffee facilities as well as toiletries.

9.0Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bathroom was compact but adequate for our stay. Our room had air conditioning which was very much needed in the hot weather. The room was cleaned and well equipped. Excellent value for money.
