Hotel con muy buena ubicacion y con habitaciones super cómodas y limpias
8.0Esta vez fue la primera vez que me aloje en este hotel que me pareció muy buen hotel y lo voy a tener en cuenta para futuros viajes a Madrid. La atención de la recepción del Lobby fue amena y cordial y rápida. La habitación me la entregaron antes de tiempo. La habitación era grande, cómoda y con vista para atrás pero no me molesta. El desayuno no lo pude tomar porque fui un solo día y mi avión salía temprano. La ubicación es muy buena en la Gran Via. Me encantó este hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Gran Via Madrid
9.0The location on gran via made walking to most everything we needed very easy. Comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel for a city break in Madrid
9.0The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We flew into Madrid and got the Metro from the airport to Plaza de Espana s which was very close to the hotel. Check in was simple, the room was ready for us and we booked breakfast for our stay at check in for 10 euros pp each day. This is a saving based on the cost to book in advance. The room was spotless. AC was very good. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We both slept well here despite being in the middle of the city which was celebrating both Pride and the World Cup!
− There did not seem to be a bar in the hotel. Not really an issue in a city hotel but it's nice to know you can get a cool beer after a day sightseeing.
