A fantastic hotel with beautiful décor, great facilitiesm and incredibly helpful staff.
10.0Staff were excellent and very helpful, whatever we needed. Breakfast was great, good buffet and made to order with a good variety. Hotel is in a beautiful building and really nicely decorated and the room was great. Also, the air-con was very good, a definite need as it was very hot when we stayed. Gym was very fancy and the pool/steam/sauna were lovely. Great location for seeing the city, can't recommend it highly enough.

4.0− Honteux !!!!! J ai booké cet hôtel pour 4 jours et payé en ligne sur booking en prévenant que j avais un petit chien ( caniche toy de 4kg ) une fois arrivée la réception on me dit qu il y a une chose qui n a pas été réglée ce sont les fais pour le chien .. bon déjà je comprends pas vraiment mais bon allez .. on va pas épiloguer sur quelques frais pour ma petite boule de poils .. et la on m annonce 60 par nuit ( 240€ donc ) 😳😳😳!!!!!!!!!!! Je leur dis que c est pas possible que c est démesuré et qu en aucun cas j al ete prévenue en faisant ma réservation .. personne n a voulu entendre quoique ce soit .. j ai donc demandé à être remboursée et aller dans un autre hôtel .. ils m’ont dit que ce n était pas possible et que ils ne me rembourseraient pas … PRISE D OTAGE du coup …. Pas de choix que de régler ces 240€ .. on me dit que tout est écrit noir sur blanc pendant la réservation mais le réceptionniste a même lui du chercher 5 bonnes minutes avant de tomber sur cette phrase écrit en tout petit .. ou on vous dit des frais peuvent être appliqués mais bon 60€ par nuit nous ne sommes plus sur des « frais » j exagère un peu mais c est presque le prix d une chambre d hôtel .. je ne retournerai plus jamais dans un MELIÁ même .. en revanche l équipe du petit déjeuner est ADORABLE ..et le monsieur a l entrée qu’il surveille ml entrée de l hôtel adorable aussi .. bref .. bien dommage tout ça
Enchanting property
10.0Oh what a spectacular property really stunning and enchanting. I came in with a Chase offer was told I would receive an upgraded room , ( really wasn’t and room temperature stayed high that at 4 am had to transfer to another room which was done expeditiously. In the second room I noticed the upgrade and a lot cooler . I did appreciate that change because it was overwhelmingly hot . Overall was happy with property and attentiveness and would return . Breakfast and breakfast room is sooo good
