8.0Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα από τον κ. Αλή στην υποδοχή και τον άλλον Αλή τον υπάλληλο.
− Φαινόταν διαφορετικό στις φωτογραφίες και μεγαλύτερος ο χώρος. Επίσης ίσως χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση και μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα.
Good value for money, but to improve the cleaning of the room
7.0Good location. Really good value for money. The room was big.
− Cleaning service. We found super dirty air filter for the bathroom air flow (but it has been cleaned after I pointed out twice, at least superficially). We also found dirty plates. Also below the bed and on the furniture it was really dusty.
Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a great place to stay in Istanbul. Highly recommended!
9.0Great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions.
