High End Digs in Central Rome
10.0Stayed recently and had a wonderful time. Room was spacious, even with a cot made up for our son. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool was peeeerfect in this hot weather after a long day of sightseeing (just note it's only open until 6). The staff was helpful and kind. It's in a great location to get to many major sites - be aware it is a few buildings away from the US Embassy and this caused several street closures while we were there. It never interfered with our transport, though. It feels very much like a high end place.
Not Worth The Money
4.0My wife and I booked a suite at this hotel and were very disappointed. For the money we paid we expected a much better experience. The main bathroom floor flooded every time you had a shower and the TV turned itself off every 5 minutes or so - even after we had told reception. We asked for a small amount of milk to accompany the tea/coffee facilities in the suite which then took 25 minutes to arrive after a follow up phone call. Very disappointing and not what we expect as Hilton Honours members. My advice is to find another hotel in Rome.

9.0We had the dreamiest bed - could’ve stayed there all day!! The staff were all so lovely and kind, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a positive stay!
− There were a couple of times that housekeeping entered our room without knocking first while we were in there but really wasn’t a big deal.

Eine eindeutige Empfehlung für das Hotel, besonders die Lage, die ruhig ist und in einer schönen und sicheren Gegend.
7.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, ruhig und doch zentral. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut. Leider sind die Raumverhältnisse im Frühstücksraum sehr beengt. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel sehr groß und hatte ein fantastisches Bett. Leider hat es mit dem Zimmerservice überhaupt nicht geklappt. Von fünf Nächten wurde unser Zimmer an vier Tagen nicht gereinigt beziehungsweise erst auf Nachfrage am Abend. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Hat alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt.
− Die Reinigung der Zimmer hat leider gar nicht geklappt und die die Hygieneartikel wurden leider auch nicht nachgefüllt
