4.0Our room was garden-side, so it was very quiet. The laundry service app is convenient.
− The hotel is old, and the carpets in the corridors are dirty and stained. Cleanliness in rooms is subpar. Room service staff have gloves, but they put their hands in the trash and then change the bedsheets. Some staff members are friendly, while others come across as rude and unhelpful (stereotypical Parisian). Breakfast is simple but okay.
