8.0Personál na recepci byl příjemný a velmi ochotný. Pokoj byl prostorný s nádherným výhledem na město. Na snídaních byl dostatečný výběr, každý den jiný výběr ovoce. Skvělá lokalita, blízko k zastávce metra Alsacia na červené lince. Vedle hotelu menší obchod s potravinami, a o kus dál obchodní centrum. Pokud někdy navštívím Madrid znovu, rozhodně zvolím hotel Porcel Torre Garden.

7.0Recepção 24h, possibilidade de estacionamento privado (ainda que com um custo de 12,00 euros) e quarto amplo.
− Ar condicionado não resfria direito, frigobar gela pouco, instalações no geral precisam de reforma e camas barulhentas.
