6.0This one is tough for me to rate, but I'll start with the positives. It was super, super clean, felt very secure, and very accessible to walk or metro to all the main touristy areas. The rooms were very tiny, but we knew that going in. However, an important medical item went missing from my room, the only explanation I can think of is that the cleaners may have thrown it away, but I can't fathom throwing anyone's personal belongings away. We notified the hotel staff, and they didn't seem to really care that this had happened, which was very disappointing, and was a setback to the start of our trip. Definitely would not stay here again, and would recommend to look elsewhere, where your stuff will not be disturbed.
