10.0During our four-day stay at chic&basic dot, my mother and I appreciated the staff's kindness and helpfulness. They fulfilled all our requests. As it concerns the room, it was perfectly clean, well-equipped and spacious. Last but not least, the hotel is located in the city centre of Madrid, allowing you to visit all the main attractions on foot.

10.0La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Madrid. Pero lo que más me ha gustado, con diferencia, el trato por parte de los empleados de recepción. Nos ayudaron en todo momento, y eso que era la noche de la final del mundial y el centro de Madrid estaba colapsado.
