8.0Large space for family of 4 and close to the local market.
− Loads of construction in the area, shutting down the roads in the area making it a challenge for taxi’s to access and just general access to main roadway. There was a large hair on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The walls/windows are rather thin so you hear all the outside noise and other apartments as well. The shower is very small - we are not big people and it was a challenge to use.

10.0The location and space was good. I appreciate the communication with the property staff. .
− The only complain I have is the washing machine was inside a cabinet locates in the bathroom. The door opened out so it was difficult to walk in or open the machine and take clothes out. The other complain is the water was cold after the 3rd person showered. It was 4 of us. It wasn't a reason to give it a bad review, because it was very hot outside and it felt good to shower with cool water. But I would've preferred the hot water.

− Too noisy at nights. Could hear trucks, people talking and walking. There was a party one night until 2 AM with loud music and people singing and banging doors

8.0Enjoyed the space. Easy for our family of 5 to be plenty comfortable! Cute set up and comfortable beds! Enjoyed our Spanish flat for our Barcelona advenntures! Grateful for the washer :)
− The apartment did not have smart TV options and the cable TV was spotty and in spanish only. Late evening for kids often involves a wind down show. Would recommend addressing that!

9.0− Someone came inside the apartment without notifying us while we were out. I would have liked a communication to say maintenance or cleaners will be coming inside the apartment while we are out.
