The property is in the perfect location, within walking distance of the blue mosque. There are some good restaurants around like Queb but would avoid the others. The staff are so incredibly lovely. They are so nice and greet you at breakfast and help you with anything you’d like. The breakfast is lovely and includes a nice spread with a new variety of baked or fried item each day. Eren was the loveliest and kindest receptionist, always a pleasure to have conversations with him and very helpful.

− Although our room was tidied each day I do think the cleaning should have been better. The floors of our bathroom were not cleaned throughout our stay. So a lot of hair and mess had collected on the floor.

Viajé a Estambul con mi hermana para pasar unos días descubriendo la ciudad, y la verdad es que el hotel fue un completo acierto. La ubicación no puede estar mejor, literalmente a cinco minutos andando de la plaza que conecta la Mezquita Azul con Santa Sofía. El hotel en sí cumple con todo lo que prometía: habitaciones cómodas (cama confortable y de buenas dimensiones, baño completo con artículos de aseo incluidos, buena conexión a internet, aire acondicionado); un desayuno espectacular (casi rozando el exceso, era imposible acabarse todo el despliegue de comida); y lo mejor de todo, un equipo extremadamente amable y preocupado por dar el mejor servicio (especial mención a Ercan por gestionar migrañas intempestivas y a Eren por asegurarnos un traslado tranquilo aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto; el equipo desayunos fue igualmente encantador, y otro tanto el equipo de limpieza).

− Por decir algo, pero esto dependerá de las manías de cada una, un poco menos de ambientador en las zonas comunes dejaría las zonas oliendo igual de bien pero menos cargadas. Y la señal de TV no es la más constante (contexto: final del mundial, España-Argentina, tuvimos que terminar viendo el partido por teléfono). Pero son dos detalles que en absoluto le quitan valor al Hotel Poem. Repetiría sin dudarlo!
