8.0Very unique, AIR CONDITIONED accommodation in a lively neighborhood. Great location - we walked to Moulin Rouge one night then into the city center the next day. The host was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had.

10.0The apartment was nice and had everything that was needed. We arrived early and contacted the owner who responded quickly and helped us right away. The location is perfect and we loved it!

2.0The listing is false and misleading. There is no swimming pool and no cafe in the building. There are holes cut into the glass panes of the windows because it is an extremely hot apartment. There is an elevator but it is forbidden to put luggage on it, so you will have to haul your luggage up many stairs. The pictures show a couch and seating area which does not exist. The location is walkable to many restaurants and a grocery store, which is the only saving grace. I did not see it as value for money and our group of three were uncomfortable and barely slept the whole 3 nights.
