8.0I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and had a good meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening. The hotel was a bit dated and on one day both lifts were not working which could have been a big problem.

8.0Hotel was excellent but it’s just a shame they take €100 euro for any potential expenses on the day you arrive but can’t refund it immediately on the day you leave. Was told it would take 5-7 working days. Next time I’ll be asking if they take cash and they can return the cash to me when I leave.

10.0Great hotel. Attentive staff, good breakfast, elevators and stairs sufficient for number of guests, clean comfy room, close to subway station. TV could be updated to allow streaming from phone, WiFi could be more secure.
