− Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε χαμηλό επίπεδο και είχε φασαρία Επίσης ο διάκοσμος της ρεσεψιόν ήταν σα να πήγα στο Las Vegas
excellent location and staff helpful. rooms are not charming and rather claustrophobic
8.0Location on the canal is outstanding and boat/vaporette pier stop is 2 m away. location is the best thing about this hotel. staff is overall super nice. on lady was particularly dry and unwelcoming at the reception but still efficient. we asked three times for restaurant recommendations and bookings. they have given us three top, top recommendations. could not get any better. room is equipped, but if you are claustrophobic, avoid.
− Rooms are small and dark. Feels like a dark underground bunker. but in Venice, you dont want to spend too much time there anyway. can be more charming.

10.0The location was perfect being that it was steps away from a water taxi stop. Easily accessible to everywhere including the water taxi to and from the airport. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and quickly responsive when needed.
