8.0We visited in the red heat wave! Reception was lovely and cool. Right next to everything we wanted to see.
− We wasn’t expecting the red heat wave so wanted to check in earlier - but cost is £50 extra! we only wanted to leave out bags freshen up and go out again. Very expensive especially when we were told our room was ready but would have to pay an additional £50! I was with my mum and she is elderly so felt I had to pay it. No air con in rooms - London is getting hotter in the summer so this is becoming more necessary for hotels to have this and not just in reception. We asked for a taxi to be booked to the train station was told they would do that now and to wait in reception so we did - no taxi for ages went back to reception and they’d forgot to book so we were dashing to the train station in a heat wave !

8.0Gute Lage, tolle Anbindung an ÖPNV, an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist man schnell. Tolles Frühstück. Zimmer ruhig.
− Leider bekamen wir keine kleinen Handtücher, obwohl wir einmal diese extra gefordert haben. Fön hab es leider auch nicht. Zimmer recht klein aber ok.
