− We both found the towels very scratchy. The hotel tote bag was not free - the fact that it’s chargeable should be highlighted to guests.

This is a great hotel if you want to enjoy London nightlife.
7.0The best part of the hotel is the staff……they were so helpful and friendly, the best we had in the UK. We liked the stations for plain or sparkling water in the hallways, what a great idea.
− You could hear the bass of club music into the night, but it’s a nightlife neighborhood so that’s not a surprise. If you’re into clubbing, this would be a great place. We were a family of 4 and went to bed around 10 so we’d probably stay somewhere quieter next time.
