8.0Location is easy to find and near to eateries and shopping (City Square Mall and Mustafa). Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear furniture being dragged, and guests walking and talking even if they are in their rooms. You can still hear the guests up till 2-3am in the night. If you are okay with the noise, this is a very good location given the price that you will be paying for. Staffs are helpful and friendly during our stay.

4.0We were greeted by a very rude receptionist. He didn’t care anything about guests at hotel. It made our stay very unpleasant. We checked out after 2 days and moved to a different hotel.

6.0We're asking me for passport even in their rules it says I can present ID. Reduculous! Wasted so much time!
Enjoyable stay
6.0I stayed here for 2 nights while in Singapore. The location is good being close to Farrer Park MRT and Little India. Orchard Road and Fort Canning and the marina was an easy walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast at this stay but there were plenty of eateries about 10 minutes walk away. The room was small but it was a 2 star inn. It was good value as rooms were about $800 a night at other places when I was booking
Good hotel, but not that much.
6.0The location is good to reach all the shopping centres and temples. location is perfect for travellers who will use public transport. The room is okay for a shorter visit. Overall, not much, but I felt the bathroom was a bit small. Staff behaviour is not okay.
