8.0Enjoyed the stay, housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Room was older style, a bit tired but clean with small balcony to street. Traditional area was nice. Would stay again.

10.0We loved our short stay at Hotel Zenit! The staff were very friendly, the location was convenient but quiet, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s the top of our list for the next time we’re in the city!

8.0Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms would benefit from a refresh/updating, but pretty clean except a few hairs in the bathroom, otherwise comfortable night sleep and does the job for conference stay.
Perfect location and great hotel
10.0Friendly service and comfortable hotel. This hotel was in the perfect location. It was not a busy street but only 1-2 blocks from great restaurants. There was also a tapas bar across the street and a little supermarket where we bought necessities. Breakfast was also good. I have to mention the front desk employee, Francisco was the best! He was so attentive and friendly. We had an issue with the AC of the first room and he changed our room and made sure the issue was resolved and fixed. If I can give him 10 stars I would.
