The location is perfect — just a short walk from the city center and all the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. What truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff, especially Steve. I have never experienced such genuine care and outstanding hospitality. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and looked after throughout my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and warm personality made every day special and turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service, and a very special thank you to Steve for making me smile every day. This was, without a doubt, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. I can't wait to come back!
