− No air conditioning for the price was very dissapointed. Children could not sleep . It was 32 degrees in the apartment with windows that only opened a few inches . It made me feel physically ill.

− Bed was soft for my preference and it was really hot in the bedroom ( which is usual in London summer ) but there were 2 standing fans to help and that was great

1.0− It was 34 degree C in the apartment. We couldn’t cool it down even if we opened windows in the night and shut blinders during the day. The apartment was very noisy and hot so we wasn’t able to sleep there. We reported problems to staff but they wasn’t helpful at all.
Great property in a great location, but air conditioning or proper aeration badly needed
7.0Top location. Spacious flat, separate bedrooms, great living room space, two bathrooms. Very comfortable except for heat and lack of air and challenging stairs. Nespresso machine. Prompt response on provided number.
− No air, windows don’t open much - no air conditioning, a major problem with 30 plus outside. Fans definitely not sufficient. Very high 4th floor and narrow stairs, no no warning for the lack of lift. Door lock not very intuitive, could not figure out how to get the keypad to work
Great stay but property management regarding the next guests could have been handled better

− Guests for the next reservation tried to check in at 10am on their day of check-in. There were a lot of stairs to get up to the flat.
