8.0Was really convenient for my business stay. The train station into Berlin Main station and on to the airport is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Some lovely restaurants in the area. The hotel restaurant offered a good selection for breakfast. The hotel was clean, quiet and had friendly staff.

10.0Lovely reception area. Friendly staff. Good English which helped me to check in and for all information. Beside a train station so easy to access from the airport. Nice, clean room. Short walk to a number of attractions and access to hop on hop off bus tours from the Victory column.

8.0Hotel conditions are great. Room are kind of small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast are very expensive. $27 euros. $3 per a bottle of water. Not many options in the area unless to take a trip to next metro station. Staff were great.

10.0The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The room was very comfy, the shower superb and the staff very friendly. The hotel is located right next to Tiergarten S-Bahn and you never wait more than 2 mins for a train.
