The staff was amazing and helpful and the hotel was nice, I would book it again when visiting Madrid.

− The interior rooms, I booked 3, we were assigned were very small and nothing like the pictures I saw when booking. To me the room price didn’t match the level of room I was expecting.
Luxury hotel within the heart of Madrid
10.0Breakfast overpriced but ambience was worth it! Service was great but food was just ok.
− Size of room small for the price! Understand Madrid is a more expensive city for accommodations. Lived being across the street from the park and within walking distance to Prado.
