8.0Bit of a delay booking in due being new owners. Overall room and location were ideal for what we wanted. Host were pleasant.
Scam !
2.0Absolute scam ! Booked via booking months in advance and was all paid. When we got to the property it looked abandoned and there was no way to get in. Called their number and they wanted to have more money to get a code to go in. Outrageous scammers. Called booking and they tried to call and nobody picked up the phone. They are no no longer available on booking and tried to fool us that now the reservation was with Orlando hotel next door. They are in on the scam, so much is clear. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM !
Beware of bed bugs !
2.01. I booked a standard single room , but I got a loft room without a window , just a loft hutch!! No receptionist to help or report problems and no lift. 2. The room has sewage plumbing issues , the bathroom was stinking of sewage very badly , I tried to shut the bathroom door but it wouldn’t shut. 3. The room was dirty, lots of dust and dirt in corners and along the skirting board, broken furniture. 4. No hot water in the evening, so I had a cold shower 5. Bed had a spring mattress!!! In the morning when I woke up , I found a bed bugs in my bed ,(please see pics ) and bed bug bites which is awful,! 6. Contacted hotel and complained but was no response. Hotel is positioned next to the tube station but on a very busy road, so you will hear heavy traffic all night
