8.0I liked the location and staff they were very helpful and accommodating, which makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I would like to call out one member of staff in particular Mahdi he was very helpful on check in and even went out his way to show us the room to make sure we were happy with it.
− The room we had a few issues in terms of the shower leaking and also the usb charging ports did not work.

Great location, but a bit overpriced since it didn’t have a pool or spa.

Great place to stay.
9.0Comfortable bed, good breakfast, professional staff, excellent location for access to Greenwich on foot and by train/DLR to central London.
− Bedroom seemed a little bit tired. Time for a refurbishment. Shower hose in need of replacement or deep clean. No air conditioning in lobby area which makes it very warm in summer.
