10.0L'hôtel est situé dans une rue agréable. Il y a toujours qqn à la réception. Et le personnel est particulièrement gracieux et avenant. On m'a gardé ma valise avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

10.0We had missed our train departing from Venice, but despite the late request we were accommodated, and our luggage was llooked after the next day while we spent some extra time in Venice. The room was tasteful and, for Venice, very spacious.

− House cleaning times were weird. On the first morning cleaner started knocking my door 8:30 and on the second day 16:00.
Expensive for what you get
7.0The location . At 1am we went down to reception to complain about the fan not working in the room and the guy working there gave us a fan.
− The lack of value for money. The fan/ air conditioning wasn’t working so it was really hot in the room. I asked for an extra pillow for both of us as there was only one in the room due to both of us having neck problems but they only provided one.
