10.0Staff at the front desk and manager went above and beyond. They helped us recover an item left in an Uber. They were alway friendly and helpful with suggestions. The neighborhood had upscale shopping. Transportation was readily available on Sloane Square. Very walkable as well. Room was very attractive and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in London.

6.0Rooms really small! Over £300 and very tiny. Also a luke warm shower in the morning.
