The night staff is badly trained, doesn't know how to turn the fire alarm off, we couldn't sleep.
1.0− A total disaster. We went to Barcelona and arrived friday night after a long trip. The fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning, and because the hotel staff didn't know how to turn it off, it totally woke us up and ruined our night of sleep
