Ótima localização, mas o apartamento não é a altura do hotel The Inn que era a minha expectativa.

A localixação é ótima e o serviço de arrumação diário funcionou muito bem.

− Escolhi um imóvel que tinha um bom ambiente social para ficar com a família, mas me colocaram em outro que não atendeu bem o objetivo, eram 2 apartamentos conectados com pequenos ambientes sociais desconectados, além disso um dos banheiros o banho era sem um bom fluxo de água (apto 104) e o ar condicionado de um dos apartamentos (apto 105) não resfriava.

Ótima locallização, mas a experiência ficou abaixo da expectativa que era o nível The Inn.

A localização é ótima, o serviço de arrumação diário funcionou muito bem e, esqueci de mencionar na avaliação prévia, o checkin foi ótimo e como parte do serviço do hotel ficaram com as malas até que o apartamento estivesse pronto e levaram tudo para lá facilitando a vida.

− Como tem mais opções de apartamentos, não necessariamente te colocam no que você escolheu, e isso foi o que aconteceu comigo, acabamos ficando num que não atendeu o objetivo que era ter uma boa área de convivência familiar. Ficamos em 2 apartamentos conectados com pequenas áreas social desconectadas, além disso o ar condicionado de um não estava resfriando e o banheiro do outro tinha um fluxo fraco de água no chuveiro.

Excellent would definately stay again and recommend.

Location is excellent for sightseeing and food in Rome

− The only negative which I wouldn’t care about usually is they do not have free to air tv so we were not able to watch the World Cup game which was on Rai. But who watches tv on holiday usually.

The worst customer service ever

I booked a room for 5 nights for about $3500. I had a family emergency and had to check out after one night and they charged me for all five nights. I didn’t book a non refundable room. They have been completely non responsive in my request to at least refund 3 nights. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is only my third early departure. The other two refunded me for the unused nights. Stay away from this hotel.

Love the location, other aspects were lacking.

My room was in one of their annex buildings - 2 blocks from the main Inn. Getting the luggage moved around through the busy cobblestone streets was difficult and hotel staff help was scarce. Most of the nights of my stay, I was the only guest in the annex where I was - kind of freaky!! Breakfast was in the main building, so I had to be fully dressed before walking to breakfast. The pillows were SO HARD and the mattress was very hard, too. On the positive side, the neighborhood was central to so much of Rome - walking was easy and entertaining. There was a taxi stand very close and the Metro station was just down the street at the Spanish Steps. Breakfast was good - I wish there had been a little more fruit.

− The beds and pillows could have been better. A golf cart shuttle would be a nice addition for getting suitcases to and from the different annex buildings.

Great location, great staff, small rooms for price and uncomfortable beds.
