1.0I have stayed here several times, but this was by far my worst experience. The room was not properly maintained, and to make things worse, the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. The front desk was especially unprofessional and unhelpful. Given that I often book stays here for family-related visits, this experience was very disappointing.
