8.0We stayed in a King Bed studio. Was well equipped with a microwave to heat up our Thai street food. Clean and comfortable. About 10 mins walk to Chid Lom station. Our air conditioning was very noisy but the staff fixed it for us promptly. Perhaps only lacking a coffee capsule machine 😊

4.0staff were largely unfriendly. they would greet certain guests and not others, verified this independently. they also are not truthful regarding room availability. should have spent a little more for a real 5 start hotel and not a vignette. lights in the room flickered, noisy construction going on. service at rooftop bar was inattentive and slow. no efforts were maid to accommodate the inconveniences.
