4.0False advertising was present. Room wasn’t how we booked and the basic ultitlies, such as fridge and kettle were out of service. Furthermore, for breakfast: we were not served on Sunday even though we booked full service the 4 days we were there. No reason was given. Finally, we booked twin beds and were given a single queen bed, when requested to change the only staff member there wasn’t very friendly. I am not normally one to give such bad reviews as I don’t want to put a business in a negative way but please reconsider your stay here
