9.0Very wide apartment,3 bathrooms, air conditioning also the persons responsible for the apartment were very kind and helped us in carrying our heavy bags
− No elevator as the property was in the city center

7.0The location and the apartment had all the amenities we were looking for.
− There weren’t good instructions for all of appliance heating systems etc, tv streaming and cable didn’t work, shower drains were clogged, the safe didn’t work as well as a number of other minor maintenance issues. The owner says these issues are all being addressed but they made our stay not as comfortable

6.0The property’s location was excellent and very convenient, and the cleanliness of the place was also very good, which made the stay comfortable overall.
− There were some disappointing aspects. Response times to maintenance or service issues were very slow, and it often took several days for problems to be addressed. In addition, the behavior and attitude of the property manager were not professional and made the experience less pleasant than expected.

− Para acceder a ella debíamos subir las escaleras de las anunciadas al contratar. De todas maneras el personal fue muy amable al ayudarnos a subir y bajar el equipaje.
