10.0Large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom clean and large. Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great area to wander, but close to public transport. Great breakfast buffet and relaxing garden area.

4.0Room had a musty gross smell and the bedsheets were not clean. They put me in a basement room which was even worse. Also the toilet barely flushed. I requested a new room and they said there were none available. Ive stayed in better hotels for half the price. Definitely would not stay here again.

10.0Every thing was great . Staff was so helpfull. Even let me store some luggage for a few days while i did a side trip . My room was on the top floor. Had a great water views.. no lift. But they did tell me this before i hot there..which was fine for me .
