6.0It’s very noisy hotel. Every night once I sleep , I can hear the elevator , no matter which room you are in. Same thing ! Room clean service not good , a little dirty

8.0Was cool could walk anywhere in shinjuku to eat or see , when i first walked in it reeked like someone chainsmoked packs but the air purifier worked wonders

6.0The area was really nice. It was easy to find the rail ways and subways from the hotel. The breakfast was just ok. It was nothing special even when we had two places to go to eat in the morning.
