10.0El personal de recepción es muy amable y responde a todas tus preguntas.Hay un cajero automático con café y, por cierto, es muy práctico. La habitación también dispone de hervidor eléctrico, café, café descafeinado, té y azúcar. Me gustó este hotel, y si vuelvo a Madrid, me alojaré aquí de nuevo. Se lo recomiendo.
