5.0The breakfast was very disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel. The selection was limited, the quality of the food was below expectations, and several items did not appear fresh. The presentation and service also lacked the attention to detail normally associated with a hotel of this category. Overall, the breakfast experience needs significant improvement to justify the hotel’s five-star rating.
− The hotel facilities feel outdated and are in clear need of renovation. The rooms, furniture, bathrooms, and common areas show noticeable signs of age and wear. Modernisation, better maintenance, and general improvements are necessary for the hotel to meet the standards expected of a five-star property.
