Overall, it was an ok stay, but the inn fell well short of the quality expected from a 4-star property.
5.0This hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of a large commercial building and is accessed by a very small elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. The staff is generally friendly and we got our room earlier upon arrival.
− This is a very basic inn. During our entire stay, there was no internet. The staff said it was a general outage, but other businesses in the area had working internet, and the connection mysteriously returned only when it was time to process the city tax payment. The room was clean, but extremely basic. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was also very basic, cold, with little variety. Coffee was ok.

10.0Gostamos muito da acomodação, quarto limpo, café da manha bom. Gostamos muito do Sr. Alessandro atendimento impecável, também a querida Sra. Monica que pessoa maravilhosa, sempre muito gentil conosco no café da manhã. Pretendemos voltar a Roma e com certeza ficaremos novamente nesse hotel.

5.0Good location, breakfast included and clean. Staff very nice.
− Booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms the AC was not cooling. Only the room with a stand alone ac unit was cooling. The other 2 rooms temperature was not comfortable and must have had a limiter on it. Staff kept saying it would eventually cool but never did. Luckily, I had a fan that helped.
