Considerate Comfortable and excellent staff!
10.0Way above my expectations. Really great stay with excellent comfort! The front office staff during check-in were very considerate and helpful where seeing we check-in early morning at 4am our checkout time was extended by 2 hours which was very helpful for us. I would highly recommend Majestic retreat Hotel for anyone who wants to have a stay in Dubai during their long layover during transit. Great view from the 20 th floor too!

10.0The staff and service workers were all great and attentive, the food was great and there were plenty to chose from, the rooms are spacious and the shower water was easy to control cold warm or hot water, security is top notch, plenty of entertainment within the hotel, and plenty of shops and resturants within walking distance...I can't forget the laundry service it was great as well, I have no cons to give for this hotel its one of the best budget friendly hotels in Bur Dubai.
