Private room is decent but this IS a hostel. Temper your expectations. lol
7.0The location is good in that it's not too far south of the river which means an easy walk to both Borough Market, Tate Modern, Tower Bridge, and of course the river. There's also more than one mini-grocery store within 5 mins walk. I booked the private room which also has a small balcony. That was a cool highlight. I had to do some things for work while there and was grateful for the table and comfy chairs both indoors and patio furniture outside. I found the bed comfortable and appreciated the ample power outlets on each side of the bed. There's a little coffee/tea station in the room and a filtered water dispenser in the lobby.
− The fact that a room this big has no type of clothes hangers/rack OR a luggage stand is incomprehensible to me. Someone took the time to make a tea station but was like: Just put all your clothes on the floor?! 💀 While the room is decent this IS a hostel. You can tell that from the young, inexperienced front desk staff, the noise of unnecessary behavior in the hallway by the showers outside your door, and the overpriced little washer/dryer combo across the building.

7.0Lo mejor sin dudas es la ubicación. Las camas también eran cómodas y tenías tu enfuche + para taparte. Había secador de pelo en el baño lo cual eso suma. El personal muy amable
− Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, incluso teniendo en cuenta que en ningún momento se apagaba el ventilador. El servicio para dejar tus cosas post check out es bastante caro, y la máquina me comió monedas, así que terminé pagando más

10.0Great location, close to the metro, I stayed in a 10-bed dorm and it was great. There is coffee and microwave at the top. App baesd entry and exit was good.
For a cheap overnight stay in the city centre with minimal comfort

− You can’t check in early, even for an additional fee. There is no kitchen, towels are available for an extra charge, and the air conditioning didn’t work well.
