La ubicación, los locales comerciales al lado y la estación de tren a 15 minutos.

− La habitación es igual a la foto ,pero es pequeñísima ,las camas todas casi juntas y el personal de recepción con mala actitud y disposición.

− Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. * The bathroom was not cleaned properly throughout my stay. On arrival, I found long black hair stuck to the bathroom walls * The room itself felt quite dated, with visible marks and scuffs on the walls in both the bedroom and the bathroom. * When I arrived at around 7:00 pm to check in, the hotel was closed. I waited outside for approximately 20 minutes while repeatedly calling the reception, but no one answered. There was also no notice on the door explaining the situation. I eventually left to check in at another hotel, and only then did someone call me back, saying they had “only stepped out for a few minutes,” which was obviously not the case * No iron at the hotel

− Em baño. Era muy pequeño. El retrete estaba muy junto al lavamanos y casi no podías usarlo con comodidad.

A decent place to stay in a great neighborhood

Location is excellent, in the heart of Dorsoduro. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, we felt like they were genuinely happy to accomodate us, even though our booking was last minute. Even though the hotel is small, they offered to keep our bags after check out and helped with carrying the suitcases up narrow stair. The bed linens and towels were very clean and crisp. Tha air conditioning in the room was running.

Hotel con un estilo muy retro, pero necesita un importante mantenimiento. El baño estaba en muy malas condiciones: la tapa del inodoro estaba suelta y se movía constantemente, además el lavabo estaba justo encima, lo que dificultaba su uso. La bañera tenía zonas con óxido y no disponía ni de mampara ni de cortina, por lo que el agua se salía por todo el baño. La cama de la habitación tenía ruedas y, una vez acostados, se movía sola. También los enchufes estaban en mal estado, ya que nos resultó imposible cargar dos teléfonos móviles. Como puntos positivos, el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente, la ubicación del hotel es buena y el trato del personal fue excelente. Como sugerencia, el llavero de la habitación podría ser menos pesado, ya que resulta algo incómodo de llevar.
