5.0예약시부터 알고 있었지만 산마르코광장이나 두칼레궁전이 가까워서 여행객에게 편리한 위치의 숙소입니다.
− 호텔의 위치는 여행 거점으로 삼기에 아주 좋으나 처음 방문하는 여행객에게 찾기가 수월하지 않지만 그래도 구글이나 물어물어 찾아가면 어렵지 않음. 다만 체크인 할 때 응대했던 직원의 친절도가 첫 인상부터 부정적인 인상을 심어줌, 미소는 전혀 없고 피곤하고 힘들어 보이는 응대에 우리가 뭘 잘 못했나 싶은 착각을 했음. 다음날 직원은 미소로 응대 해 주셔서 너무 대조적이었음. 숙소의 편안함이란 시설이나 설비 등 하드웨어적인 것도 중요하겠으나 직원의 접객 태도가 중요함을 다시 한 번 입증 되는 것 같다.

− Personal poco agradable, llegas asado de fuera por un callejón y en vez de encontrar una sonrisa o una limonada te encuentras que antes de decirte hola te piden impuestos, tasas y pagar sin haberte dado ni la llave. Bajón al llegar, la verdad. Luego din balcón a San Marcos no merece la pena, es carisimo. Con balcón si, para mi al menos. Si lo vale.
