7.0− Rommet var for lite, og toalettet var ekstremt lite. Oppholdet svarte derfor ikke til forventningene våre.
Disappointing due to missing and broken things in room.
3.0Comfy beds, nice clean bed linen. Conveniently close to Paddington Station - only 6 or 7 minutes walk. Fan provided which was invaluable in the intense heat on the top floor.
− No plug in wash basin and receptionist couldn't provide one, so difficult to wash and especially to shave. Hot water tap was jammed off so couldn't be used! Therefore washed and shaved in cold water! Electric kettle leaked water on floor, wetting my basket under the table. Dangerous! I put the kettle in the bin. Only one mug and spoon in a twin room, so I had to go down (and back up again) 54 steps ie 3 floors to get another mug!

− Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas. El baño es totalmente incómodo por su tamaño (más pequeño que un camarote) y sin ninguna conservación. No nos hicieron las habitaciones porque había problema con el personal de limpieza
Situación perfecta pero sobretodo el baño es inaceptable.
