10.0I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ginza. The team was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I even forgot some valuable personal items, and they went above and beyond to help arrange sending them safely to a friend in Japan. Their care, honesty, and professionalism truly stood out and made a big impression on me. I am very grateful for their support and would absolutely love to stay here again.
